LanMenu is an Icon Bar with Program Icons on top and group tabs below.  A user presses the icon of the program they wish to run. Each group can hold up to 10 icons, and the Icon Bar can have 10 group tabs.  A user can specify whether they want the icon bar to always stay on top or whether it should behave like a regular window.  When started it will remember the last location that is was, and whether it should always be on top. Works under Windows NT and OS/2 as well.
